This is a magical place. If you have never been, please go. It is a sight to be seen. I personally think one will not be disappointed. I have been on each side of the border. Once I saw it from Canada and crossed into the US and back on a Canadian tour. The second time, I was in the US and seeing it from a different perspective. I was on a trip to explore Niagara Falls and the town at the border. Now I am traveling to Buffalo to the Falls with the hope of crossing the border. I am excited to see this wonder after a year of lockdown and lack of travel places I would enjoy going to. This makes me all the more thankful to go to new places, especially after my first Thanksgiving on my mother's side. I got to see family I see year round but all at once. I felt blessed and am already in talks to do something else like this. My hope is to have a family trip for my niece who is graduating the eighth grade. Her mom wants to go to Hawaii or Jamaica. I have already been to Jamaica and feel like I am coming home when I go there. On the flipside, I have never been to Hawaii. I have no desire to really go. Personally, I can not swim so I won't enjoy the main benefits of Hawaii. Beyond the world sports and spending a day crossing the island to see one thing. It is an expensive place that I can not fully enjoy. Perhaps I will learn to swim and over time, will appreciate the state of Hawaii and all its wonders. One has to have goals and this is two in one. Stay safe and go somewhere new.
