New Goals

I just learned to make enchiladas from my aunt. There are different styles, but hers' was and is the best. That may be an opinion, but the taste along proves that to be true. I have had other people's culinary skills, but none can compare to her style and taste pallet. This is why I asked her how to teach me. One thing about life, it is fleeting and gone before we know it. Loved ones removed from our lives so suddenly. This is something we shared as a memory, which is why I love photography. I also was able to learn the recipe and tweak as my own. That is the thing when someone has a recipe they cherish. It may need to add butter, substitute an ingredient, or remove gluten. This is why I love cooking. You can make it your own and still create something unique. I challenge you to do the same.
