Stuck In The Past

I drove by this street and see this place. A simple business that hasn't changed in twenty years. Is this a tragedy or a success? It is a little bite both in my opinion. They have been open and not been gentrified like so many other businesses. That is the success part, however, they have not changed the outside. I did not go in to see if the inside has changed. A little - or paint could do wonders. Draw crowds in with vibrate and rich colors. That is where I see the opportunity for change and success. That is just my opinion.
